I have worked over a year as the UI/UX Designer for Journal Entry and Certification on Cadency products. My work consisted of running ideation sessions, prototyping both new features and modernization efforts, quality control with developers, working with project owners on timeline, and presenting to high profile users. I conducted user studies to help flesh out features for ideation sessions. I also helped mend the relationship between development and design, so much so that my development teams began developing with function in mind.  

 

I conducted user research with end users to test multiple features. Then, both quantitative and qualitative data would be presented to the respective teams and their project owners. The most notable user research resulted in an 12% increase in SUS score, resulting in users being promoters of the feature.

I also have experience working on complicated features and breaking them down into simple steps. These feature were then praised by both sales and support, which is no easy task!
